To view some files on this site you will need to use a PDF viewer.  Most computers will already have a PDF viewer installed, but if you can't open files such as Newsletters, here are some a few popular programs which will help.

A popular alterative is Foxit Reader, which is suited to older or slower computers.

Sumatra PDF is best suited to very old computers or netbooks.
